Pros of Our Amazing Stay

Helpful, friendly staff! Good breakfast! My favorite place, the sun terrace by the whirlpool .. Unfortunately my suitcase didn't arrive in BA. The employee, Martin, at the reception called for me at the airport and followed up again. I thought it was great !!! Thanks again. Suitcases came delivered in the middle of the night. Thanks also to argentino Aerolineas!

Centrally located. In the middle of 4 subway stations. City Tour Bus within walking distance. Internet top!!!

Particularly nice view, satisfactory breakfast options with croissant and also fresh coffee. Well-appointed and well laid out room & nice bed.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was very convenient for exploring different parts of the city as transportation was easily accessible. We also found that the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were fantastic and kept very clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. Parking was also available which was a bonus.

I have ordered deluxe room, was unfortunately smaller. And not like on the pictures, bathroom very small. And in need of renovation.

Good location for exploring several sights

The hotel is in a very 'spotty' area, tucked away in a small street not very far from different main streets in the downtown of Buenos Aires. The location is great for exploring the city, with easy access to popular attractions. The staff were helpful and attentive, making sure that our needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a double bed and a perfect-sized kitchenette. Breakfast was included and featured delicious croissants.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The location was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

You can see that the hotel has had its best years. The furniture is already pretty run-down but the worst thing was that there was mold on the curtains.. We got a new room right away but still.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, nestled in a small street not far from the main attractions. It was very convenient for exploring the city and getting to places like Avenida de Mayo and the Subte. The staff at this place were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent customer service. They helped me book a Diner/Tango show, which was an incredible experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area and all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

In terms of recommendations, I would definitely suggest staying at this hotel. The management here may need some improvement, but the staff's efforts to make your stay comfortable overshadow any inadequacies.

Great Service and Location

The service was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of items to choose from and you could order coffee and tea which was included. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and the subway was easy to get to. We always felt safe even though the area may seem dark at night. The hotel also offered complimentary batteries and adapters for our devices which was very convenient.

The room decor was a bit dark and could use more lighting. It was hard to work and read in the room.
